1. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of personal care products:
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence)
- Product found to be defective due to manufacturing issues
3. Refund Process
- All refund requests will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of PaMee Hair Oil.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Evidence Required
- Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product to be eligible for a refund.
- Requests without sufficient evidence may be rejected.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Damage caused due to incorrect storage or improper usage by the customer
- Delays caused by courier or logistics partners after dispatch
- Products that are opened, partially used, tampered with, or returned without original packaging
- Minor variations in color, fragrance, or texture that do not affect product performance
